Returns & exchanges

• Unworn sneakers in their original box, with all tags and inserts.
• Proof of purchase — your order reference is enough.
• Returns requested within 30 days of delivery.

Exchanges for a different size are free where we have the size in stock — we collect the original pair and deliver the replacement on the same waybill.

Email us from the contact page with your order reference and the reason for the return. We arrange courier collection anywhere in South Africa and refund to your original payment method once the pair has been inspected.

Manufacturing faults are covered under the Consumer Protection Act. Send us photos and we will replace or refund the pair at our cost.
